swcv3 Terms and Conditions for Players in the Philippines

01 General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form the entire agreement between you (“the Player” or “you”) and swcv3 (“the Platform”, “we”, or “us”) in relation to your use of the swcv3 website and all associated services.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any section of the swcv3 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agreed to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all players regardless of which device or browser they use to access swcv3.

02 Account Registration and Eligibility

You are responsible for providing accurate registration information. If any of your details change – including your contact number or address – you must update your account promptly. swcv3 cannot be held responsible for issues arising from outdated or inaccurate account information you have provided.

Account registration requires identity verification in line with swcv3's KYC process. You may be asked to submit a government-issued ID, a selfie, and proof of address before your account is fully verified. Verification is required before withdrawals can be processed.

03 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions

All financial transactions on swcv3 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no foreign currency conversion at any stage of your account activity.

Deposits: Funds may be deposited via Philippine bank transfer or supported e-wallets. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmed receipt. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed at the time of deposit. swcv3 does not accept deposits via credit cards or cryptocurrency.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, subject to identity verification being complete. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes stated in your account dashboard. VIP members at higher tiers receive priority processing. Withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account settings.

Transaction Accuracy: You are responsible for entering correct account and payment details when submitting withdrawal requests. swcv3 is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect details provided by the player.

Transaction Disputes: Any dispute regarding a transaction must be raised with swcv3 support within 30 days of the transaction date. Claims raised outside of this window may not be considered.

04 Betting Rules and Settlement

All bets placed on swcv3 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the market, sport, or casino game in question. General betting rules are set out here; specific rules for individual sports events, live casino games, and other game types are accessible within each section of the platform.

• Bets are accepted and confirmed only when a bet confirmation reference is issued to your account.
• swcv3 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where pricing errors or data feed failures are identified.
• Results and settlements are based on official scores and results from the relevant governing body or competition organiser.
• In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of swcv3 and may be suspended at any time during an event.
• Maximum win limits per bet or per event may apply and are displayed where relevant in the sportsbook.
• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after they have been confirmed by the system.

For live casino games – including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and Dragon Tiger – results are determined by the physical outcome of the live dealer game. Technical disconnections during a live session do not automatically void a bet; the round result stands as it occurred on the live table. If a technical issue on swcv3's side prevents a round from completing, the affected bet will be voided and the stake returned.

05 Bonuses, Promotions, and VIP Rewards

swcv3 may offer promotional bonuses, cashback arrangements, and VIP-tier benefits from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all such offers unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Promotions are available to eligible registered accounts only.
• Each promotion has its own terms governing eligibility, wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry where applicable. These are communicated to you at the time the offer is presented.
• swcv3 does not publish fixed bonus percentages or guaranteed cashback rates on this page because promotional terms vary and are subject to change. Current offers are visible in your account dashboard when applicable.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, combined with other offers, or redeemed for cash unless the specific promotion terms explicitly allow it.
• Abuse of promotional terms – including using multiple accounts to claim the same offer – will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and may lead to account suspension.

The swcv3 VIP programme automatically enrolls every registered account at Bronze tier from the date of registration. Tier progression is based on cumulative wagering activity across the platform. 06 Account Security and Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your swcv3 login credentials – including your username, password, and OTP codes – confidential. Do not share your login details with any other person. swcv3 staff will never ask for your password.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact swcv3 support immediately. We will take steps to secure your account as quickly as possible upon receiving your report.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on swcv3 and may result in account suspension, bet voidance, or balance forfeiture:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting pricing errors, software bugs, or data feed failures for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players, live dealers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Opening multiple accounts or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account rule.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access account features through unauthorised means.

swcv3 monitors account activity and betting patterns for signs of prohibited conduct. Where an investigation is underway, the affected account may be temporarily restricted pending the outcome.

09 Limitation of Liability

swcv3 provides the platform on an “as is” basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and accurate data, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur.

swcv3 is not liable for losses arising from:

• Internet connection issues on the player's side during a live session or in-play bet.
• Incorrect payment details provided by the player when submitting a withdrawal.
• Delay in deposit processing attributable to the player's bank or e-wallet provider.
• Actions taken by the player in breach of these Terms.

Where swcv3 is found liable for a loss, liability is limited to the amount of funds in the player's account at the time of the incident giving rise to the claim.

10 Amendments and Termination

swcv3 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, notice will be provided through account notifications or by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the swcv3 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you should cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

swcv3 may suspend or terminate an account where there is a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or a prolonged period of inactivity. In the event of termination not caused by your breach, your remaining verified balance will be returned to you.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, contact swcv3 support. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the normal manner, subject to outstanding verification requirements being met.
